Proposed Equity Fundraise

TruSpine Technologies plc, (AQSE: TSP) the medical device company focused in the spinal (vertebral) stabilisation market, announces that it is in discussions to raise up to £750,000 by way of an equity fundraise, at a price of £0.10 per share with a warrant for each share subscribed or placed exercisable at £0.15 per share for a period of three years.

There is no certainty nor guarantee that the proposed equity fundraise will complete successfully nor on the same terms described above.
