TruSpine Technologies Plc, the medical device company focused on the spinal (vertebral) stabilisation market, announces that the Company has terminated its letter of appointment agreement with Annabel Schild, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect and Ms. Schild has been removed as a director of the Company with immediate effect.
